High School Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mason, Ohio

What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility in the state
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- School-based experience is highly desirable
In this role, you will:
- Provide screening, evaluation, and direct therapy for students with speech, language, or communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate records of assessment results, progress notes, and service delivery
- Offer support and resources to educators and families to foster student progress
- Adapt services to meet the varying needs of students across different grade levels
