Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Los Lunas, New Mexico

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare environments a strong plus
- Proficiency in delivering services via teletherapy as well as in-person
- Skill in evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for various communication disorders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students across elementary to secondary ages
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students, monitoring progress and adapting plans as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and reporting
- Offer support through both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) platforms as assigned
- Assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
