Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and SLP-CCC certification required
- Previous experience working with students with moderate needs preferred
- Strong understanding of crafting and managing IEPs
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to moderate needs students
- Assess students, develop treatment plans, and track progress
- Participate meaningfully in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Document all services and communication in accordance with school and administrative guidelines
- Adapt therapy approaches based on student growth and feedback
- Support and educate staff and families regarding speech-language concerns
