School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Huntington Beach, California

Key qualifications and experience desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Prior experience in school-based settings, specifically working with moderate student populations
- Experience conducting therapy sessions and leading or participating in IEP meetings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
As part of this assignment, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy to students based on their individual IEP goals
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, including teachers, parents, and administrators
- Conducting assessments, writing reports, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Contributing to IEP development and ongoing progress reporting
- Participating in meetings as needed and advocating for student needs
This contract position consists of 35 hours per week, allowing you to create meaningful change within a manageable schedule. Candidates will have the opportunity to interview with the Director, with most interviews available on Tuesdays after 2:30 PM.
