School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Los Angeles, California

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain in a timely manner)
- Open to applicants with CCC or those completing CFY requirements
- Strong understanding of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Deliver group and one-on-one therapy sessions within the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and progress tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary team collaboration
