Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid or eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough, evidence-based evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals
  • Provide direct therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication skills
  • Closely monitor and document student progress with detailed, accurate records
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, families, and other professionals to coordinate seamless, student-centered care
  • Promote family engagement by educating and involving parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic process
