Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lonoke, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping individuals improve their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Current Arkansas SLP license required
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Ability to work effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and other professionals
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Provide education and recommendations to support carryover of therapeutic strategies
