School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Longmont, Colorado

Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or comfort working in school settings, ideally with K-8th grade students

- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in kindergarten through eighth grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions, progress monitoring, and documentation in accordance with school protocols
- Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to support each student’s success
- Stay current with best practices and compliance standards for school-based speech therapy services
