Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Virginia SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Clinical Fellows welcome: Virginia provisional license eligibility required
- Strong knowledge of therapy provision, evaluations, and IEP implementation
- Commitment to exceptional student care, collaboration, and professional growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in an onsite school environment
- Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Complete progress documentation and required Medicaid paperwork
- Travel between schools may be necessary within the assignment area
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet each student’s unique needs and support educational goals
You'll benefit from consistent weekday hours (expected 37.5 hours weekly) and meaningful engagement with students, educators, and families. Supervision will be available for Clinical Fellows as required, supporting your professional development in a positive, team-focused environment.
