- Valid state licensure or eligibility; Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and staff
- Current knowledge of evidence-based practices for elementary-aged children
- Ability to organize a caseload, manage paperwork efficiently, and adapt to school routines
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to promote student success in classroom environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring
- Foster positive relationships with students and families, supporting effective communication inside and outside the classroom
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
