Speech Language Pathologist in Denver, CO
Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students in the Denver area as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an onsite-only, school-based contract position serving a diverse caseload across multiple campuses, with assignments varying based on district needs.
In this role, you’ll work closely with students ranging from elementary to high school, with manageable caseloads between 25 and 45. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualized therapy, attend professional development days (with your time compensated), and make a direct impact in students’ educational journeys. Interviews are underway for two openings, and candidates interested in completing their clinical fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply—supervision may be provided.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certificate
- Active Colorado SLP license
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Comfortable providing services to a varied caseload and across multiple campuses
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to complete required background check and fingerprinting
- Availability to work onsite, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week)
- Open to both experienced SLPs and motivated CFs (no SLPAs or virtual services)
What you’ll do:
- Deliver direct therapy and support to K–12 students
- Develop, implement, and track progress on IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and student support teams
- Engage in professional development and district trainings
- Maintain detailed documentation
