Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Littleton, CO
Make a difference in students’ lives by providing speech-language services in a dynamic, supportive educational setting. This contract opportunity near Littleton, CO, offers both part-time and full-time options through the end of the school year (EOSY). As an itinerant clinician, you’ll collaborate with a caring team and travel between sites to offer meaningful support to students across multiple locations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license must be obtained before starting
- Bilingual in Spanish (fluency required)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Ability and willingness to support Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy onsite to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain case documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to foster student progress
- Serve as a resource and mentor for Clinical Fellows
- Manage a balanced caseload at multiple school sites within the district
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
