Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Littleton, CO

This full-time, onsite contract position offers a dynamic and engaging caseload and welcomes both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (supervision provided).
As part of a supportive district, you’ll work with student caseloads ranging from 25 to 45, allowing for focused, impactful therapy. Assignments may vary by school, giving you the chance to collaborate with diverse teams and student populations throughout the academic year. Professional development is valued—you’ll have the option to participate in district PD days, with your time recognized.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active Colorado Department of Education certificate
- Active Colorado SLP license
- Prior school-based experience (preferred)
- Open to Clinical Fellows, provided district supervision structures are in place
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass district background check and complete fingerprinting requirements
- Must be available for onsite services; no virtual assignments offered
- Not open to SLPA applicants
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy and assessments to PreK–12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Document progress, maintain compliant records, and participate in student meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused learning environment
