School Speech Language Pathologist - Denver, Colorado

This full-time position for the 2026–2027 school year welcomes experienced Speech-Language Pathologists as well as Clinical Fellows (with supervision provided), to make a lasting impact in a dynamic school setting. Your responsibilities will include providing speech and language services on-site (no teletherapy), developing individualized treatment plans, and working with diverse student populations across varying age groups. Caseloads are balanced, ranging between 25–45 students, ensuring a manageable workload and the ability to provide focused, high-quality care.
What you’ll bring:
• Active Colorado Department of Education Certification
• Valid Colorado SLP License
• Previous experience in school settings preferred; welcoming Clinical Fellows with supervision available
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to providing on-site services (not open to virtual/VOCO or assistants)
• Ability to complete background check and fingerprinting as required by district policies
Day-to-day duties:
• Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions for students
• Maintain accurate records according to district and professional standards
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
• Attend and bill for Professional Development days
• Travel between assignments in the greater Denver area as needed
• Support students across a range of caseloads and age groups
