School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Littlerock, California

Make a positive impact every day as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, providing onsite support to students. This contract role offers the chance to serve a caseload of approximately 55 students, working 33 hours each week in a supportive educational environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of the IEP process and student assessment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans for diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings, tailored to their unique IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and related service providers to maximize student outcomes
- Attend meetings, contribute to the development of IEPs, and maintain accurate case notes and documentation
- Provide progress updates and recommend adjustments to therapy plans as needed
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
