Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP) in Minnesota required

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students across K-12 grade levels
- Monitor and document student progress, communicating results with families and educational teams
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ speech and language needs in the school community
