Speech Therapist in Millinocket, ME

Work with a manageable caseload of 20 students, conducting evaluations, attending necessary meetings, and delivering engaging speech-language therapy, either onsite or by utilizing innovative VOCO telepractice technology.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) ideal; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome
- Previous experience delivering speech and language services in a school setting preferred
- Skilled in student evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities when working with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Comfort with technology and willingness to provide services through platforms like VOCO
Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
- Complete required evaluations and maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school standards
- Participate actively in meetings with educational staff and families to support student growth and IEP planning
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy through in-person sessions and/or teletherapy supported by VOCO
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain clear records of services provided
