Put your expertise in speech-language pathology to work in an engaging contract role for the upcoming school year. This opportunity involves supporting a diverse range of students, from preschool through grade 12, with caseloads that generally range from 10 to 15 children. You’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with educators and families in a supportive school environment.

This position is scheduled for a full school year, beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026. Anticipate working approximately seven hours per day, five days a week. Travel between multiple school sites may be required based on the needs of your assigned caseload.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes and compliance
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students within assigned age groups
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and document student progress through formal and informal assessments
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Travel between sites as needed to service caseload
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all confidentiality requirements
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings
