Make a real impact on students’ communication and learning as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025-2026 school year in an engaging educational setting. This opportunity allows you to provide dedicated support to students from preschool through high school while maintaining a regular Monday-Friday daytime schedule. Your expertise will help children and adolescents achieve their full potential as you manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 students, with the chance to work in diverse school environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience working with school-age populations (PreK-12) preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between school sites as needed
- Comfortable managing varying caseloads and adapting to multiple age groups
- Commitment to on-site service delivery (no teletherapy)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
- Provide support and resources to school staff and families
- Travel between assigned sites within the district according to caseload needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student success strategies
