We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school-based team in Lincoln, California for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with a diverse K-12 student population while helping students develop the functional, sensory, and motor skills needed for success in the classroom and beyond.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students
• Support students' fine motor, sensory processing, self-help, and functional skills development
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student success
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active California Occupational Therapist License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping students achieve greater independence and academic success
