- Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- School-based SLP experience preferred, especially with elementary-aged students
- Proficient in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach
Role Highlights:
- Serve 2-3 days per week onsite, working directly with approximately 20 elementary students
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and design tailored interventions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student progress
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation for IEPs and progress reports
- Participate in school meetings, offering input to enhance student learning outcomes
- Provide consultation and training for staff to reinforce carryover of skills in the classroom
