Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid South Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based therapy (including teletherapy, SLP-CFY backgrounds welcome)
- Ability to complete fingerprinting and background screening before starting
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, diagnostic assessments, and develop/implement IEPs for elementary and high school students
- Provide high-quality, direct therapy sessions and collaborative support to staff and parents
- Manage accurate documentation and progress reports
- Split schedule: 3 days at elementary, 1 day at high school, with some travel between sites (mileage reimbursement under review)
- Participate in paid meetings and dedicated administrative time
