What You’ll Do:
- Conduct screenings and diagnostic evaluations for speech, language, and hearing.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students at both elementary and high school levels.
- Deliver direct therapy to address a variety of communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to promote student success and facilitate coordinated care.
- Ensure thorough, compliant documentation of student progress and maintain confidential records.
- Attend paid meetings and use dedicated administrative time built into your schedule.
- Manage a split schedule with three days at an elementary campus and one day at a high school campus.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active South Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome.
- Experience with teletherapy, pediatrics, or educational settings a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Complete required background check and fingerprinting prior to start.
