Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license and CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in the state
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but strong new grads are encouraged to apply—Clinical Fellows are welcome!
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, educators, and multi-disciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to elementary students based on individual IEP goals
- Complete assessments, evaluations, and documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Manage a caseload across 1–2 elementary campuses (caseloads currently being finalized)
- Support inclusive and creative learning environments
