Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold or be eligible for South Carolina SLP licensure and Department of Education certification
- SLP-CCC or CFY applicants encouraged to apply
- Passion for working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- Willingness to adapt to caseload updates and support diverse communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for communication disorders
- Develop and implement evidence-based IEPs and therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy services in alignment with students’ goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based consultations
