This contract position invites professionals with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are ready to launch or continue their SLP careers. Enjoy a consistent, set schedule of four full days per week (30 hours)—perfect for maintaining work-life balance while making a tangible difference in young lives.
As part of a dynamic school-based team, you’ll serve 1-2 elementary campuses. Caseloads are being designed and will be shared soon. Interviews are being held as soon as next week, so prompt consideration is encouraged.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- SLP-CCC or CFY credentials preferred; SLPAs will not be considered
- Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Track progress, document sessions, and maintain up-to-date records
- Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
