School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Columbia, South Carolina

This position is open to both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and seasoned SLP-CCCs—no SLPAs at this time. You’ll have the unique opportunity to make a difference across one or two elementary campuses while receiving strong support during your assignment. Your expertise will be valued in helping students achieve their communication and language goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure upon start
- SLP-CCC or qualifying SLP-CFY candidates welcome
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions based on IEPs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for compliance and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
