Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC or CFY accepted—support and supervision available
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
Role Highlights and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services for elementary students
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
- Assess and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Engage in preventative and consultative services as needed
- Likely to serve one to two elementary schools as caseloads are finalized
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and positive school environment
