Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lexington, NC

Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Previous experience in schools, pediatric healthcare, or teletherapy settings preferred
- Strong rapport-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet varying student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students (caseload of 45-50)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student success
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and required documentation
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
