Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state of Kansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms beneficial
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Previous experience with middle and high school populations valued
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide both direct and consultative/indirect services to a caseload of around 30 students
- Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and document outcomes
- Facilitate teletherapy sessions where applicable
- Deliver targeted interventions to enhance communication and academic achievement
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
