Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt swiftly to new caseloads and environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluate students' speech and communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student plans
- Offer consultative support to staff as needed
