Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Current PA Educator Certification
- CCC-SLP credential required
- Previous experience working in schools, especially with pediatric or adolescent groups, is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech-language disorders in middle and high school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Document progress, maintain records, and communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians
- Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and attend relevant meetings
- Support students in reaching their communication goals, promoting overall academic success
