Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Georgia
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Comfortable utilizing therapy technology and digital tools (for teletherapy)
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Provide direct and consultative services, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms (if remote)
- Engage in ongoing professional development and best-practice sharing
