Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Bilingual Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide teletherapy services to K-12 students across Texas during the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time remote opportunity supports students in a school-based setting and requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively evaluate, treat, and collaborate with bilingual students and their families.
Assignments will be determined based on district needs, clinician experience, and overall fit to ensure the best outcomes for students and staff.
Caseload Information
- K–12 student population
- Caseload and school assignments will be discussed during the interview process
- Caseloads vary based on grade level and student needs
- Bilingual services may include evaluations, therapy sessions, and family communication in both English and Spanish
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology License
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous school-based experience required
- Previous teletherapy or virtual service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual speech-language evaluations, assessments, and screenings in English and Spanish as appropriate
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services through a virtual platform
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, interpreters (when needed), and multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate effectively with bilingual students and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
- Participate in virtual meetings, including IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings
Screening & Credentialing Requirements
- Successful completion of all district onboarding requirements
- Background check and fingerprint clearance as required by the district and state
- Internal eligibility interview
