Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Active state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and goal development preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement personalized IEP goals in partnership with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain detailed progress notes, assessment reports, and attendance records
- Consult with educators and families to support carryover of skills in classroom and home environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student programming
- Remain current on the latest evidence-based practices in speech and language intervention
