Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- School-based or pediatric experience highly desired
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Maintain comprehensive records and provide progress updates to families and educational teams
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and other allied professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary evaluation teams
- Support students with both direct therapy and consultative services as needed
