Key Qualifications:
- Current state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CF supervision
- Experience supporting K-12 students, with the ability to adjust approaches by grade and need
- Skilled in implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and developing student-centered interventions
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and school staff
- Familiarity with digital therapy platforms advantageous, especially for remote or hybrid service
Major Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders within a diverse school population
- Develop and implement individualized goals and interventions based on student needs
- Conduct evaluations and document progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and updates
- Collaborate with educators and families to maximize student success across both academic and social settings
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for every student
