Key Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CF supervision
  • Experience supporting K-12 students, with the ability to adjust approaches by grade and need
  • Skilled in implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and developing student-centered interventions
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and school staff
  • Familiarity with digital therapy platforms advantageous, especially for remote or hybrid service

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders within a diverse school population
  • Develop and implement individualized goals and interventions based on student needs
  • Conduct evaluations and document progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and updates
  • Collaborate with educators and families to maximize student success across both academic and social settings
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for every student
