Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Georgia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but open to candidates with relevant experience
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
- Comfortable working with K-12 age groups and managing diverse caseloads
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Proficient with teletherapy platforms (for remote positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services, either onsite or via secure teletherapy technology
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Provide clear documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and IEP goals in a timely manner
- Participate actively in IEP and team meetings, offering expertise and support for student success
- Adapt therapy approaches and materials to meet each child’s unique strengths and needs
