Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or pending SLP license and credentials for schools
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Strong pediatric experience, ideally in K-12 educational settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and willingness to provide remote and in-person services as needed
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting students’ academic and social success

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to a diverse K-12 student population
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ speech and language development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
