Key Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License
- ASHA Certification; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also welcome to apply
- Experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric speech therapy
- Capable of managing a varied caseload focused on elementary-aged students
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions onsite
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, assessments, and reports as required by school and district guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Consult and communicate effectively with families, teachers, and other clinicians to support student outcomes
- Maintain professional development and licensure requirements
