Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Knowledge or prior experience in pediatrics and school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-5 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with student goals
- Maintain detailed and compliant records of student progress and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents
- Offer support, resources, and strategies to families and classroom staff
- Engage in ongoing professional development, with access to mentorship from a dedicated Clinical Advisory Team
