We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Delaware, OH. This is a full time role for an immediate hire or 2026-2027 hire. In this role, you will support students in developing communication skills that are essential for academic success and social interaction. You’ll work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers to deliver high-quality, student-centered care.

- Variety of age groups available
- 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing goals and providing targeted, school-based interventions in accordance with student IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, assessing whether a student's speech or language impairment adversely affects their educational or social performance
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CF candidates encouraged to apply)
