Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language evaluations and therapy to students aged 12-18 through 22 with specialized needs.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students, providing tailored treatment plans aligned with each student's goals.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress and integrate communication strategies into academic programming.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) required.
- Experience working in school settings preferred, with comfort serving adolescents and young adults.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively manage caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
