School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lancaster, New York

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with elementary school students (K-4) preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with school-based SLP services, including screenings, assessments, and IEP development
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in grades K-4, addressing a range of communication disorders
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with school staff and families
- Maintain clear records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success in and out of the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as a valued member of the school’s support staff
