School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lakeville, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is required
- Prior school-based SLP experience is highly valued
- Knowledge of middle school caseload management and IEP processes
- Experience or interest in supervising SLPAs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, families, and students
- Must meet state licensure requirements to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the daily services provided by an SLPA
- Conduct evaluations and assessments per school guidelines
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students on caseload
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff, families, and other support personnel
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
