School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lakeville, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting, ideally with early childhood or elementary caseloads
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to fostering student growth and promoting inclusive educational practices
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services in alignment with IEP goals and established protocols
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication and language impairments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and communication with families
- Collaborate productively with special education teams, teachers, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
