School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
A school district in Lakeville, MA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite contract position for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 35 hours per week and 7-hour workdays.
Candidates must hold both an active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license and the appropriate Massachusetts DESE licensure. Additional caseload and student age-group details will be provided by the district.
Responsibilities:
· Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech and language disorders
· Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
· Provide direct speech and language services to students
· Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
· Participate in IEP meetings and assist with developing appropriate student goals
· Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required school records
· Follow all district, state, and professional guidelines for speech-language services
Experience:
· Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
· Experience working with students with a variety of communication needs is preferred
Education & Licensure:
· Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist License required
· Active Massachusetts DESE License required
· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
