Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC-SLP required)
  • Experience in a school, preferably with high school or pediatric caseloads
  • Strong grounding in language-based therapy approaches
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to collaborative teamwork and positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs within a high school caseload
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver individual and group therapy tailored to language-based learning
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for integrated support
  • Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with school standards
  • Adapt therapy techniques to address changing student needs over the contract period
