Responsibilities are focused on providing quality therapy for students PreK through 8th grade during the Extended School Year (ESY) program, with a manageable 12-hour workweek—ideal for balancing professional commitment and personal exploration.
Desired Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school settings, particularly with SLP caseloads
- Knowledge of ESY service delivery for diverse student needs
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to PreK-8th grade students during ESY
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings as required
