Make a meaningful impact by supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school setting. This contract opportunity seeks two dedicated professionals to provide services for preschool and preschool/elementary students over the coming academic year. With full-time positions available, you’ll enjoy a variety of student interactions and the chance to work in person – or explore a flexible hybrid model.
Ideal candidates will hold an active Indiana SLP license. While CCCs are preferred, strong Clinical Fellows are welcome and can receive supportive supervision. You’ll work collaboratively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to foster communication skills and student success.
What we’re looking for:
- Indiana SLP license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or open to strong CF candidates (supervision provided)
- Experience with preschool and/or elementary populations is highly valued
- Commitment to providing services full-time (7.5 hours/day)
- Ability to engage with students in-person; openness to hybrid options
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
In this role, you can expect to:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy for assigned students
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
