A full-time opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is available in a school setting located in Kingston, MA. This role supports a maternity leave position from now until June 23, focusing on preschool evaluations for early intervention services. The caseload primarily includes children aged 3 to 5 years with emphasis on articulation and language, as well as experience working with touch chat devices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake and preschool evaluations for children aged 3 to 5 years.
- Provide early intervention services focused on articulation and language development.
- Work directly with students, utilizing tools such as touch chat devices.
- Maintain full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:08 PM.
- Deliver in-person therapy sessions with minimal virtual requirement.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (MAT preferred).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid license to practice as an SLP in Massachusetts.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children and early intervention programs.
- Comfort with articulation, language therapy, and communication devices.
- Ability to work on-site at a single location in Kingston.
